A firm built by two litigators
Paul & Ngei Advocates is a Nairobi-based, full-service law firm providing strategic legal advisory, dispute resolution and litigation, and transactional legal services to local and multinational corporations, financial institutions, government agencies, State corporations, development partners, non-governmental organisations, small and medium-sized enterprises and private clients.
Founded by Diana Katumbi Ngei and Cecilia Mwikali Paul, both Advocates of the High Court of Kenya, the firm combines technical legal excellence with commercial insight. Our approach is centred on understanding our clients’ objectives, managing legal risk, safeguarding their interests and delivering solutions that are commercially sound, timely and effective.
